


Picton is located at the top of the South Island of New Zealand.
The Villa is centrally located in the township of Picton - just 300 metres from the ferry, 100 metres from the railway station, town centre, the beach and waterfront (see map).
It is the starting point for all travellers arriving off the ferry departing from Wellington in the North Island.
You arrive in Picton in the South Island from Wellington by ferry and local airline , by road from Christchurch and Kaikoura, West Coast and Nelson through Blenheim.
Picton is also the starting point for The Queen Charlotte Walking Track.
