Facilities
We offer our guests many great facilities at the Villa - Kitchens, lounges, excellent accommodation, email and internet . . . . the list goes on. . . .!
Kitchens
The Villa has two fully equipped kitchens, one in the main building and one next door in the Cottage, guests may use either, breakfast is out in both for self-service daily BBQ kitchen is new, in the back garden between the to buildings, with undercover seating, table, prep bench, sink and new BBQ. There is a second, large BBQ outside the main building kitchen, all for guests free use.
Lounges
Two lounges at present, one with large screen TV, DVD and VCR, SKY TV, separate TV lounge ready by end of January, one lounge will then be a "quiet" place. Lots of games and puzzles. New Stereo outside with speakers to the back garden, we will play guests requests or own music when requested.
Laundry
The Villa has two coin operated washer and dryers, one laundry in each building and plenty of washing line space to take advantage of the Marlborough sun.
Entertainment
We have a big dual X Box stand up console in the main courtyard for all the game freaks and car racing drivers.
Spa & BBQ's
Brand new larger hot spa just installed, free use between 8.30am and 10.00pm for all guests.
A second hot spa is available for private use. It will be operational early in 2004 and will incur a small usage charge . . . perfect for you and your partner after a hard days walking or sea kayaking . . .
We offer 'complimentary Yellow Rubber Ducks'. . .
There are two BBQ's outside free for all guests to use.
Email, Internet & phone Services
Currently the Villa has two well equipped computers with broadband capability for guests to use at their leisure. Here you can access the Internet and collect your email. Shortly we will be increasing the number of computers offered to guests. We also offer a fax service and an International Card phone.
Gym
The Villa has access to a small but well equipped gym for guest use free of charge. It is available for use 24 hours and even has a CD player for your use. Join our staff for a workout! It's just a short jog away on the Picton marina. A great way to get some fresh air!
Storage
Store your packs, bikes, skis etc while you are on the Queen Charlotte Track or travelling around the South Island. Unfortunately we cannot store cars, but we can arrange storage for you.
